At the end of 2022, MRC welcomed its newest team member: Kavita Laju!
Kavita Joined MRC as a Finance Manager reporting to the CFO and comes second in command, helping the team to expand business relationships & objectives on several of MRC’s most important accounts.
Kavita has completed a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Leadership/Strategy from NMIMS, India, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Pune University, India. She is also a certified Financial Accounting professional from Harvard Business School.
Kavita also has served in various leadership roles in India and Dubai and has demonstrated her ability to drive improvements throughout organizations by collaborating with key stakeholders to implement operational plans, reduce costs and time, and increase profitability.
We’re excited to see Kavita apply her industry experience and first-class education to help grow MRC business in the near future and reach our revenue goals for the upcoming years!
