The Metal Recycling Company (MRC) participated in the “Green and Clean Exhibition and Conference” which was held on 02nd and 03rd October 2018 at Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Center in cooperation with Environment Public Authority (EPA).
The exhibition & Conference has been designed to promote products, services of Green and Clean environment and various Technologies.
The Event included many activities and Keynotes such as:
– Keynote Speech by Mr. Hussam Abdullah Al-Roumi, Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs.
– Keynote speech by Director and General Manager of Environment Public Authority –Sheikh Ahmad Al Humoud Al Sabah.
– Keynote Speech by Chairman of the Organizing Committee Ms. Nabila Al Anjar.
Many environmental topics were discussed during the event, for example:
1-Kuwait & the Green Economy and the role of government agencies in managing environmental pollution.
2-The issue of medical waste and its’ solutions
3-Private Sector and their Environment Campaigns.
MRC contributed the even with a Keynote related to the Plastic Recycling Industry, discussed it’s unique nature and how to develop it, the benefits of recycling to the environment and the positive impact of the plastic recycling In general.
